installation and dismantle

Nimlok is partners with the national installation and dismantle company Sho-Link. Sho-Link employs union contractors in every exhibit city who are trained on the Nimlok system. This partnership has been very successful in reducing I&D costs on Nimlok products.

Our exhibit management programs offers you a hands off approach to exhibiting with a preshow exhibit setup and inspection, shipping to and from showsite, installation and dismantle supervision, and exhibit storage. All you do is show up!

storage

We have the ability to store your purchased exhibit at our climate controlled facility. This allows your exhibit to be kept show ready by our trained technicians. Our storage program includes pre-ship setup along with post show inspection to ensure nothing was lost or damaged at your show.

transportation

Nimlok New York City ships all of our exhibits through a preferred common carrier. We can ship your exhibit to and from any exhibit venue in the United States or internationally using our array of shipping partners worldwide.

audio visual rentals & meeting management

Nimlok Event Services offers quality audio/visual rentals at prices that are much more competitive than show contractors.
